Day 1 : Ha Noi. Arrival

Arrival at the airport in Ha Noi, welcome and transfer to the hotel (room is available from 12:00). In the afternoon, stroll by cyclo to visit the old town (one hour). Overnight at the hotel in Ha Noi.

Day 2 : Ha Noi- Lang Son- Cao Bang (B)

Breakfast. 08:00, departure for Lang Son. Stop en route to take photos. Arrival in Lang Son around noon. Free lunch then visit of the market in Lang Son, the pagoda of the fairies. Continuation of the road for Cao Bang. Arrival in Cao Bang in the late afternoon. Check into the hotel. Overnight in Cao Bang.

Day 3 : Cao Bang- Ban Gioc Cascade- Ba Be  (B) 

Breakfast. 07:00, departure to visit Ban Gioc cascade, the most beautiful waterfall in the northern Vietnam. Free lunch. Continuation by visiting the cave Nguom Ngao. Drive to Ba Be, crossing beautiful scenery. Arriving in Ba Be in the late afternoon. Settling in a house on stilts. Overnight among inhabitants in Ba Be.

Day 4 : Ba Be. Visit (B)

Breakfast. 08:00, departure by boat for a cruise on Ba Be Lake located in the national park. Visit of the pond of the fairies and Dau Dang waterfall. Free lunch with the villagers. After lunch, departure to visit the superb cave of Pua Ma in Ba Be. Back to Pac Ngoi village to discover the daily life of Tays. Overnight among inhabitants in Ba Be.

Day 5: Ba Be- Meo Vac- Dong Van (B)

Breakfast. 08:00, road for Meo Vac through Tinh Tuc and Bao Lac. Stop en route to take photos. Free lunch. Continuation of the road to Dong Van, crossing the Mount of Ma Pi Leng for a beautiful view over the valley dotted with terraced fields of hemp, karstic hills, houses on stilts of the Hmong, Dzao; and Nho Que, the romantic and calm river which rises from China and extends over the Vietnam’s territory as a band of white silk. Arrival in Dong Van in the late afternoon, check into the hotel. Overnight in Dong Van.

Day 6: Dong Van- Lung Cu- Ha Giang (B)

Breakfast. Morning devoted to visit the french colonial market just near-by and old houses built for more than 400 years. 08:00, road to visit the region of Lung Cu, the roof of Vietnam's territory. Drive to Ha Giang, stopping en route to visit the former Royal Palace of King Vuong Chi Sinh Hmong in the highlands of Dong Van- Meo Vac, admire the Gateway to Heaven, Mountains of the fairy, meet the Hmongs and their traditional weaving .. Continuation of the road to Ha Giang. On arrival in the late afternoon. Overnight at the hotel in Ha Giang

Day 7: Ha Giang- Bac Ha (B)

Breakfast. 08:00, drive to Bac Ha through beautiful landscapes. Stop en route for photos. Arrival in Bac Ha in the early afternoon, check into the hotel. Hiking to the villages of Phu La minority surrounding Bac Ha. Overnight in Bac Ha.

Day 8: Bac Ha. Sunday- Sa Pa (B)

Breakfast. Morning devoted to visit the colorful traditional market of Bac Ha which takes place only on Sunday morning. Road to Sa Pa, a very nice little town where we encounter the Black Hmong, Red Zao, Thai and Dzay. On arrival, discovery of the ambience of the Flower Hmong and Red DZao by visiting Sa Pa market. Overnight in the hotel in Sapa

Day 9: Sa Pa. Visit (B)

Breakfast. 09:00, departure to visit minority villages of Lao Chai and Ta Van, the most beautiful area of Sa Pa. Meeting people in colored clothing from different ethnic groups Tay and Dzay.Return to Sa Pa to explore on foot the Mountain of Ham Rong with panoramic view over Sa Pa.Overnight at hotel in Sa Pa.

Day 10: Sa Pa- Son La (B) 

Breakfast. 08:00, departure for Son La, the capital of Thais by crossing the Black River and wild landscapes. The road winds on the flanks of the mountain, passing through sometimes the rainforest, sometimes the terraced fields of rice or tea. Free lunch. Arrival in the late afternoon. Check into the hotel. Overnight in Son La.

Day 11: Son La- Mai Chau. (B)

Breakfast. 08:00, departure to visit the prison and museum in Son La. Drive to Mai Chau, the capital of White Thais. Stop occasionally for photos. Free lunch. Arrival in Mai Chau in the early afternoon. Settling in a house on stilts, walking in the villages of Lac and Pom Coong for a discovery of the daily life of White Thais. Day 12: Mai Chau- Ninh Binh (B)

Day 14: Cat Ba- Ha Long Bay. Overnight on the traditional grouped junk (B, L, D)

Breakfast. 08:30, departure toward Gia Luan pier to board a private boat for a cruise until Halong Bay. Joining a grouped junk for a cruise in the bay dotted with islands and islets in divers forms. Lunch of seafood. In the afternoon, continuation by visiting the Cave of Surprises. Stop at Titov beach, swimming possible. Dinner by candlelight and overnight on the junk.

Day 15: Ha Long- Ha Noi (B, L) 

Breakfast. Visit of the tunnel cave in small boat. Continuation of the cruise until the middle of islands scattered in divers forms in Bai Tu Long Bay, the island Trong, Turtle .... Lunch on the junk. Landing around noon. Back to Ha Noi. Stop en route to visit an workshop of ceramics and pottery. Arrival in Ha Noi in the afternoon. Overnight in Ha Noi.
