Day 1 : Arrive. Houeisai - Pakbeng (navigation)

Departure to Laos via Chiang Khong. Crossing the Mekong and welcome by a new guide. Embark for a cruise of 6 hours to Pakbeng. Arrive Pakbeng in the afternoon. Transfer into a lodge. Walking for discovery of this town where mix H’mong, Lue and Khamou minorities, etc. .. Overnight in Pakbeng.

Day 2 : Pakbeng- Pak Ou- Luang Prabang (cruise) (B, L)

Breakfast. Departure by tuk-tuk to visit a village and take again the cruise to Luang Prabang: 5 hours of sailing through the beautiful landscapes. Enjoy a lunch picnic. Stop at the famous site of Pak Ou caves inhabited by sacred Buddhas. Continuation of the cruise to Luang Prabang, the ancient royal capital, classified by UNESCO. Overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang.

Day 3 : Luang Prabang. City tour (B)

Breakfast. Depart to visit the oldest temple Wat Sene and the beautiful landscape Wat Xieng Thong with its gleaming temple roofs. See the impressive stupa Wat Visoun, Wat Aham and Wat Mai temple. Continue by visiting the National Museum Palais Royal. In the evening, discover the night market. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 4 : Luang Prabang- Ban Pak Lung (B, L, D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the morning market and then cross the Mekong in Bang Xieng Mene and visit Wat Long Khun temple. Beginning of the trek through the forest, clearings and villages to Ban Pak Lung, called Lao Loum, located downstream along the Mekong. Have a picnic lunch. On arrival, check into the guest house. Dinner followed by a Baci ceremony, offered by the villagers. Overnight at Ban Pak Lung.

Day 5 : Pak Lung- Ban Sing- Ban Thapene (Kuangsi) (B, L, D)

Breakfast. Visit the surrounding area then return on the left bank of Mekong by local motorboat at Ban Sing. Visit the temples, then continue the trek of three hours towards the villages of Ban Muang Khai as far as Ban Tapene (Lao Khmu or Teung village), located near the falls Kuang Xi. Enjoy a picnic lunch.Arrive in Ban Thapene, transfer to a guest house (Vanvisa). Have dinner and overnight in a guesthouse in the village.

Day 6 : Chute de Kuangsi- Luang Prabang (B)

Breakfast at guest house. Return to Luang Prabang, stop en route to visit the weaving village Baan Phnom. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 7 : Luang Prabang. Visit (B)

Breakfast. Departure to visit the surroundings of Luang Prabang. Visit the King's Palace, temples Phusi, Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Mai and village Ban Pha Noum. Overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang.

Day 8 : Luang Prabang- Vang Vieng (B)  

Breakfast. Departure for the visit of the former Royal Palace (closed Tuesdays). Drive to Vang Vieng. Stop to vistit H’Mong village at Kiow Kacham and at the cross-roads of Sala Phou Khoume (the ancient french poste office ). Arrive at Vang Vieng in the afternoon, check into hotel, located on the bank of the Nam Song river. City tour to admire the beautiful scenery along the Nam Song River. Overnight at hotel in Vang Vieng.

Day 9 : Vang Vieng- Vientiane (B)  

Breakfast. Drive to visit Tham Jang cave. Continue to Vientiane via Ban Namone, the fishing village at Ban Hui Mo. Then, pass the village M’Hongs at KM 52 and a small shrine to the Mon-Khmer at Vang Xang. Arrive in Vientiane, transfer to hotel, free time. Overnight in Vientiane.

Day 10 : Vientiane. Visit (B)

Breakfast. Visit Vientiane, capital of Laos, starting with the great sacred structure of That Luang and Wat Sisaket and Wat Hophakeo. The following sight is the former royal temple of Haw Pha Kaew, which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. Continue to visit the Arc of Triomphe an the central market (Talat Sao). In the afternoon, visit the garden of Buddha, collection of Buddhist and Hindu sculpture placed along the Mekong and the Friendship Bridge at KM25 away from the south of the city. Overnight in Vientiane

Day 11 : Vientiane- Paksane- Sala Hine Boune (B)

After breakfast. Drive to Ban Na Kham through many villages of Lao Loum, living along the Mekong. Stop en route to visit Wat Phabath (Km 82), Paksan, Pakkading and Ban Na Hine. Arrival at Ban Na Phouak, located on the bank of Nam Boune Hine river. Embarking on a local boat for a cruise on the river as far as Ban Phon Nheng, installation in a small local hotel (Sala Boune Hine). Overnight in Ban Phone Nhen.

Day 12 : Sala Hine Boune-  Khong Lor cave (B, L, D)

Breakfast. Take the local boat trip on the river Nam Boune Hine and explore the beauty of the famous Cave Khong Lor. Inside, possibility to see the sparks of stalagmites and stalactites, waterfalls thundering. Have picnic lunch. Come back in Ban Phon Nheng. Enjoy a dinner. Overnight in the same hotel.

Day 13 : Sala Hine Boune- Savannakhet (B)  

Reakfast. Return to Ban Na Phouak by boat. Welcome at the port.. drive to Parse via the rows of Thalhek, Sebang Fai. Visit That Ing Hang. Arrive at Savannakhet in the end of afternoon. Check into hotel. Overnight in Savannakhet.

Day 14 : Savannakhet- Tad Lo (B)  

Breakfast. Depart to tad Lo. En route, stop to visit the prettu Petit déjeuner. Départ pour Tad Lo. En route, stop to visit the pretty shrine Khmer at Ban Heune Hine, Ban Napong, famous by grilled chicken, Ban Naxay, good alcohol of Lao, Saravan. On arrival at Tad Lo, installation in a bungalow, located on the bank of Sexet river in the forest. Overnight at Tad Lo.

 Day 15 : Tad Lo- Pakse-  Khong Island(B)  

Breakfast. Drive to Paksé. Upon arrival, transfert to the boat pier, embark on a long tail boat on Mekong river to reach Champassak. Visit Paksong town: the center of export of coffee, the beautiful waterfall Tad Fan and the workshop of traditional production of tea at KM 33. Visit Wat Phou castle. Continue to Khong Island. Overnight in Khong Island.

Day 16 : Khong. Région de 4000 îles- Ile de Khone (B)

Breakfast. The cruise trip at the widest reach of the Mekong. Stop at the peaceful island Ban Khone to visit an array of relics from the French colonial era and retrace the old colonial past, including old French colonial buildings and the remnants of the first Lao railway with it’s locomotive. Continue to discover the 4000 islands area by boat and visit the marvelous Liphi waterfall, also called the "Corridor of the Devil" one of the most beautiful waterfalls marking Lao border with Cambodia. If we are lucky, we may even see the rare freshwater Irrawaddy Mekong dolphin at Ban Hang Khone. Overnight in DoneKhone Island.

Day 17 : Khong Island- Phu Asa (Ban Khiat Ngong) (B)  

Breakfast. Depart to visit the famous waterfalls of Khone Phapheng. Drive back to the direction of Pakse. Transfer to the King fisher Ecolodge for a ride on elephant in the village of Ban Khit Ngong at Phou Asa to Khit Ngong through the marshy area and the clearing and it will take 2 hours. Overnight at Ban Khit Ngong.

Day 18 : Phu Asa- Pakse (B)   

Breakfast at lodge. Visit the surroundings, then drive to Pakse. En route, visit the local market. Upon arrival, installation into hotel. Overnight in Pakse

Day 19 : Pakse. Departure (B)

Breakfast. Free time before transfer to airport for your flight off. End of our services!
