DISCOVERY OF CAMBODIA AND VIETNAM

Upon arrival in Cambodia, you will reach the kingdom of Angkor temples and its wonders before joining Saigon, the front door in Vietnam which has chosen to turn to the future ... A journey full of surprises and emotions!

Day 1: Siem Reap. Arrival

Day 5: Saigon - Cai Be - Vinh Long - Can Tho (B)

Day 6: Can Tho - Cai Rang - Saigon (B)

Day 7: Saigon - Danang - Hoi An. Flight (B)

Day 8: Hoi An. Visit (B)

Day 9: Hoi An - My Son - Hoi An (B)

Day 20: Ha Noi. Departure (B)

Day 1 : Siem Reap. Arrival

Pick up at Siem Reap airport, transfer to hotel. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 2 : Angkor Thom- Ta Phrom- Angkor Wat (B)

Breakfast. 08h00, depart to discover the ancient capital Angkor Thom : Bayon Temple, Baphuon,  Elephants and Leper King Terraces and the Royal Palace. Continuation of the visit by the monuments and temples of Kranvan.  In the afternoon, visit the temples ofTa Phrom and Angkor Wat. Enjoy a dinner Apsara accompagnied by a Khmer’s dance show. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 3: Tonlé Sap- Siem Reap- Sai Gon. By flight (B)

Breakfast. Depart to Tonlé Sap. On arrival, take a cruise on Tonlé Sap lake. Back to Siem Rreap. Visit the local market and the workshops of artisans of Angkor. Transfer to hotel fo the flight Siem Reap/ Sai Gon. On arrival, pick up and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Sai Gon.

Day 4: Sai Gon- Tay Ninh- Cu Chi- Sai Gon (B)

Breakfast. 08h00, drive to Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh, near the Cambodian border. The temple's exterior is decorated with multi-colored dragons of all shapes and sizes competing for space with a number of Buddhist symbols. Follows by a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels. At its height, the tunnel system stretched over 200km from Saigon to the Cambodian border and was three levels deep. Return to Ho Chi Minh city at 6:00pm. Overnight at hotel in Sai Gon.

Day 5: Sai Gon- Cai Be- Vinh Long- Can Tho. (B)

08:30, departure for Vinh Long. On arrival, boarding at Cai Be for a boat-ride in the arroyos. Discovery of the orchard with taste of exotic fruits. Lunch. Continuation of the cruise up to Vinh Long. Landing. Drive to Can Tho. Arrival in Can Tho in the afternoon. Overnight at the hotel in Can Tho.

Day 6: Can Tho- Cai Rang- Sai Gon. (B)

Breakfast. 08:00, departure for a boat ride on the Mekong River, visit of the floating market of Cai Rang. Discovery of a myriad of boats and barges overflowing with fruit, watermelon, sweet potato ... Back to the pier. Drive to Sai Gon. Arrival to Sai Gon in the afternoon. Overnight at the hotel in Sai Gon.

Day 7: Sai Gon- Da Nang- Hoi An. By flight (B)

Breakfast. 8:00 departure for exploring of Sai Gon city: City Hall, the Municipal Theatre, the Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, the market Cho Lon and China town. Transfer to airport and flight to Da Nang. Pick up at the airport and then transfer to Hoi An.  Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 8: Hoi An. Visit of the ancient town (B, D) 

Breakfast. 8:30, visit of the ancient town of Hoi An (Ex-Fai For): The Fujian shrine dedicated to the goddess Thien Hau, the Temple Quan Cong, the Museum of Antiquities, the Japanese Bridge, the Phung Hung house, the market and port... Afternoon, course of local cuisine and dinner. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 9: Hoi An- My Son- Hoi An (B)

Breakfast. 0830, road to visit the ruins of the temples Cham in My Son. Back to Hoi An. Free lunch. Back to Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 10: Hoi An- Da Nang- Hue. (B)

Breakfast. 08:30, departure for Hue. Stop to Da Nang to visit the Cham Museum then at the foot of Marble Mountain to visit the village of marble carvers. Continuation by road to Hue via Hai Van Pass (if the weather is nice). Stop by Lang Co beach. Arrival at Hue around noon, visit the Imperial Citadel and Dong Ba market. Overnight in Hue.

Day 11: Hue- Ha Noi. By night train. (B)

Breakfast. 08h30, take a cruise trip along the poetic Perfume River. On route, stop for visiting Thien Mu pagoda ( Heavenly Lady Pagoda) and Minh Mang Royal Tomb - a beautiful architectural complex consisting of 40 constructions of palaces, temples, lakes and pavilions. Transfer to the Railway Station for night train to Ha Noi  that depart at 19h00 (AC berth - 4 persons/ cabin). Overnight on train.

Day 12: Ha Noi. Arrival and visit (B)

Arrival at Ha Noi Railway Station around 5h00, transfer to hotel. Breakfast. Departure to visit the city: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his house on stilts, One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature... In the afternoon, starting with Museum of Ethnology (closed on Monday), continue to walk in the old town with a visit toNgoc Son Temple on Hoan Kiem Lake. Ride (one hour) by cyclo to visit the old town. In the evening, water puppet show. Overnight at hotel in Ha Noi.

Day 13: Ha Noi- Perfume Pagoda- Tam Coc (Ninh Binh) (B)

Breakfast. 8:00, drive in the diretion of Southwest of Hanoi to visit the Perfume Pagoda, the holiest pagoda of the North. On arrival, embark on boat for a cruise on Yen river. Discovery of all pagodas located in the mountains. Back at the pier. Drive to Tam Coc, called «  Ha Long bay on land ». On arrival, check into hotel. Overnight in Tam Coc

Day 14: Ninh Binh- Ha Noi (B)

Breakfast. Cruise  to visit the beautiful caves of Tam Coc (three caves to) and then visit the Jade Pagoda and the surroundings. Return to Ha Noi. Stop by Hoa Lu to visit the historic sites, temples Dinh and Le King. Arrival in Ha Noi in the afternoon. Overnight in Ha Noi.

Day 15: Ha Noi- Baie d’Ha Long. Overnight on the junk (B, L, D)

Breakfast. Departure around 8:00 for Ha Long bay "Bay where arised the Dragon" named World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. Arrival in Ha Long around midday. Getting on a traditional grouped junk for a cruise in the bay dotted with islands and islets in any form. Lunch on board of seafood. In the afternoon, continuation of the trip to visit Sung Sot Cave (Cave of Surprise). Stop at Titov Beach(Swimming possible). Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 16: Baie d’Ha Long- Ha Noi- Lao Cai. By night train (B, L)

Breakfast. Visit to the tunnel cave in small boat. Continuation of the cruise until the middle of islands scattered in divers forms in Bai Tu Long Bay, the island Trong, Turtle.... Lunch of seafood. Road to Ha Noi, arrive at Ha Noi around 16h00. Free time. 18h00,  transfert to Railway Station for night train to Lao Cai that depart at 19h00 (AC berth - 4 persons/ cabin). Overnight on train.

Day 17: Lao Cai- Can Cau- Saturday- Bac Ha (B)

Train arrives at Laocai Railway Station at 06.00AM. Welcome by local guide. Drive to Sa Pa. Breakfast. Departure to visit the traditional and colorful market of ethnic minorities of Can Cau which takes place only on Saturday morning. Back to Bac Ha, free lunch. In the afternoon, hike in the minority village ofPhu La and the neighborhood of Bac Ha. Overnight in Bac Ha.

Day 18 : Bac Ha. Sunday- Boat ride on the Chay river- Sa Pa (B).

Breakfast. Morning devoted to visiting the minority market of Bac Ha, the largest one of the region. Departure for Bao Nhai around 10:00. Boarding  for a boat ride on the Chay river. Free lunch. Road to Sa Pa. Overnight in Sa Pa.

Day 19: Sa Pa- Lao Cai- Ha Noi. By night train (B)

Breakfast. Departure to the village of Lao Chai minorities and then hike to the village of Ta Van (approximately 3.5), the most beautiful area of Sa Pa. Meet the people of different ethnicities and Tay Dzay in colorful traditional customs. Visit the local market. 16h00, road to Lao Cai. Stop by the the Friendship Bridge which serves as a border crossing between Vietnam and China. Transfer to Railway Station for the night train from Lao Cai / Hanoi. Overnight on the train.

Day 20: Ha Noi. Departure (B)

Pick up at Ha Noi Railway station, transfer to hotel. Breakfast. Free time. Transfer to airport for your flight off. End of our services !
