GENERAL TERMS OF SALE The program that is sent you holds place of contract, it includes: • The detailed program which includes all the elements necessary for a good comprehension of the tour, the visits, the process of your trip… • The rate in dollar USD is the reference money for all commercial exchanges and on which we are committed to the fixed period. • The possible supplements in particular the air flights price which are appreciated in the day of the establishment of the program, airline companies can proceed to readjustments of prices. • The list of hotels with their websites. Terms of payment of your trip Upon confirmation of your agreement, a deposit of 25-30% of the price must be paid to us: • by bank transfer to our bank account in Vietnam The balance will be paid upon arrival, either with our agency in Hanoi or with our correspondents accredited: • Or in cash with delivery of the invoice. • Or by credit card (3% fee imposed by the bank but 4% for AMEX). Both the deposit as payment of the balance, you can pay in euro, the dollar amount will be converted into U.S. $ based on the euro / dollar exchange applicable on the date of settlement. Cancellation of your trip ( Air tickets is non-refundable) In case of cancellation, the commission should be applied as bellow: +) 30% of deposit if cancellation received in a period more than 35 days before the travel +) 60% of deposit if cancellation received in a period between 20-35 days before the travel +) 80% of deposit if cancellation received in a period between 10-20 days before the travel +) 100% of deposit if cancellation received in a period less than 10 days before the travel The case of cancellation due to exceptional circumstances may be a particular study. Insurance Guests must take out an individually insurance before their departure.
