Thank you for your service quality. We reguarly organize trips with local agencies and it’s the first time the Agency Director takes regular updates of our feelings during the trip. We appreciated this consideration. During the trip, the only thing to be rectified would be to prevent well of the services type with the host so as to plan as a consequence or to do something else. In the village of Van Long reserve at Mr.Huong’s house (I don ‘t know if it’s the good spelling), there was absolutely nothing to do and the village has no light, we couldn’t even walk. This is our memories and today we laugh at it.
The accommodation in Halong Bay was great, a nice and pleasant services.
In Cambodia, the hotel was great too, very green that was very nice considering the heat.The planned visits werw also very good. Vietnam..

Number of participants: 06 people Trip length: 13 days et 12 nights, from 20 February to 04 March 2015 Well, because we were very pleased that we took time to send you our comments and impressionsHi, All the things that you proposed are well built, we can only make some detailed remarks which are by no means critical. Day 2 : visits great, cyclo ride obviously needs to do. Water puppetry, a little hard to follow, especially with the jet lag and the language (we’ve slept a little !) Day3 : Very good, the itinerary has given us a lot of chance to see the daily life of VN. Day 4 and 5 : The beautiful Bac Ha market is a must – see place. Sapa is very touristic, a bit like Disneyland ! What we saw after , seemed much more authentic. Day 6 : The homestay nights was great, lovely people. Day 7 and 8 : Very good organization, a great pleasure to see the landscapes, thanks to the lake… Only black dot, the hotel in Yen Bai was isolated and unpleasant. Your choice can be explained because this city has limited hotel ressources ; why not a homestay night ? Day 9 : free time, visit the military revolution’s museum and Vietnamese women’s museum + shopping, of course. Day 10 : Very good, interesting and various. Day 11 and 12. Halong Bay. The weather wasn’t with us, very low visibility. But the mess in the boat, allowed a cruise in a very beautiful and comfortable boat. Thanks. Day 13 and 14. Hue, Danang and Hoi An. Very good, that seems like a classic tour for all tour operator (such as Halong Bay). Day 15. Hoi An. A visit in the countryside organized by a local operator. Great, but a little dense, the activities were numerous, as if the tourist shouldn’t be idle ! The young guide was very knowledgeable, we talked about life in his village, about the war here, about the tourism’s influence on the local life. We were happy to meet the inhabitants. Day 16 and 17. We enjoyed the beach and the shops. Super Day 18. Saigon. We were inattentive, we were up very early. But the sites visited were very interesting. The guide competent, knowing well his subject, but having difficulty answering questions beyond his subject. Day 19 and 20. An Binh. Nice to go out on the river in the boat in the channel. We spent the night at a beautiful house. Our guide was very dynamic and friendly. Day 21. Saigon. We went to Museum of vestiges of war and Museum of Ho Chi Minh city. And many markets in the city. Specificity of Vietnam Jet Travel trip It seems that the tours in Vietnam are very marked and organized. Please note that this doesn’t become the Diseyland (for example Sapa, Perfume river) ! In this context, you’re trying to add an original touch, for example the northern tour, which is out of the box. The guide and drivers They are generally very kind and pleasant, each has their personality. The North guy had a fight. The girl from Hue was very good. It’s perhaps with the girl from Sai Gon that we grasp the least. Transportation We greatly appreciated the method of transport diversity. There was not only car but also boat, bicycle, buffalo, walking. The diversity of water experience (Thac Ba lake, Ha Long Bay, Perfume river, Mekong river), is a plus. Christopher is a train fanatic and he regretted not having taken it. We should have told you about it when designing the tour. But it wasn’t easy to intergrate. In the North, other operators turn to the night train. But the itinerary that we’ve traveled were truly beautiful and allowed us to see a lot more things. So no regrets. The war Given our age, the Vietnam wars were parts of our youth events. Your tour and all others organized trips do not include this dimension, except some tunnels. During our spare time, we visited some museums in this section. We’ve been thinking of the full volunteer from the Vietnamese in choosing to « let go » that period of time, considering that you had won (the answer that was given by us) and it was time to move on… Well, because we were very pleased that we took time to send you our comments and impressions. We intentionally waited to share with you our impressions, time spent allowing the reflection. Two months after our return, we are still enthusiastic. First of all, concerning your services : We particularly appreciated your responsiveness, during our first contact, we sent you an e-mail on February 18th and you answered us within an hour while the agency was closed to the occasion of Tet. Then, we asked on the spot for arrangements of program in the last minute and you always knew and were able to adapt, which doesn’t raise any problem with your service providers. We were also very perceptible to your telephone contact almost daily during our stay to assure you that everything went exactly as our expectations. In addition, the guide, the driver and the provided car suited us perfectly. The guide is a very competent and interesting person who immediately understood the kind of tourism which we looked for and knew how to help us discover what interested us in the visited regions. The driver was nice, careful, punctual and discreet. Concerning our stay, we loved Hanoi and the car journey to Sa Pa, the halt at inhabitant’s house and of course SaPa. If we have to make the same trip, we’ll avoid the return from Lao Cai to Hanoi by train, only because it ‘s at night and we’d have liked to see the landscape. We’ll also avoid the resort Esméralda in Ninh Binh, the setting is beautiful, upscale accomodation but we were terribly disappointed with the food for the evening meal. You had nothing to do with it, it’s us who had asked you for this hotel after being seduced by its internet ad. As for the cruise in Halong Bay, the accommodation and food on board were perfect. On our next trip in French, in principle in March, 2016, we intend to make a stop of ten days in your country, we’ll definitely contact you as soon as this project finalized.
